If you choose to connect supported health data sources, Aveil may process health, activity, sleep, nutrition, recovery, and related profile data needed to generate summaries, signals, patterns, recommendations, and related exports inside the product.

Aveil may also process support messages, device or app diagnostics needed to troubleshoot issues, and basic service logs required to keep the product running safely.

To operate the app, authenticate your account, sync supported data, and generate health summaries, insights, and recommendations inside Aveil.

To improve reliability, investigate bugs, respond to support requests, and protect the service from abuse or unauthorized access.

To communicate with you about support, security, account issues, or product access when needed.

Aveil does not sell your personal data.

Aveil may use infrastructure and service providers that process data on Aveil's behalf for hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, support, and delivery of core product features.

Aveil may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce terms, or respond to security incidents.

Aveil keeps data for as long as it is needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can request account deletion inside the app or through the account deletion instructions at https://aveilx.com/account-deletion. When deletion succeeds, Aveil is intended to remove the account and associated supported app data from the active service systems tied to that account.
