Aveil legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Aveil app, website, and related services.
Service scope
Aveil is a consumer wellness product. It is intended to help users review health-related patterns, summaries, and behavior suggestions based on supported data sources such as Apple Health and Health Connect.
Aveil is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. It is not represented here as a regulated medical device.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device access.
Aveil may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, address abuse, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems beyond what law permits, or use Aveil in a way that breaks applicable law.
You also agree not to rely on Aveil for urgent medical decisions or emergency response.
Data and privacy
Your use of Aveil is also governed by the Aveil Privacy Policy.
If you request account deletion, Aveil will attempt to remove the account and supported associated data tied to that account from active service systems.
Availability and changes
Aveil may change, improve, suspend, or remove features over time. Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or provider issues.
Aveil may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Aveil is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aveil disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
